Looking for an accessible unit?

Check this Right Fit Program listing page and this Spinal Cord Injury BC affiliated list. Need a navigator to help find an accessible home? The Right Fit Program can help match wheelchair users with accessible housing.

The Community Land Trust administers two funds designed to reduce barriers to joining housing co-operative communities: The Disability Trust and the Domestic Violence Relief Fund (DVRF).

Note

CHF BC does not accept applications. And we have no role in administering co-op applications or waiting lists. We offer these listings to assist our members and provide the public with general information about co-op housing. Co-ops want applicants that are well suited to living in co-op housing and who will be the very best members. Please follow up directly with co-ops on your shortlist.

Read carefully to see if co-op housing is a good fit for you.
